This Privacy Policy explains how Mudabbir ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the Mudabbir mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Mudabbir is a coach-management workspace for fitness and nutrition, a marketplace connecting clients with coaches, and an AI assistant that helps coaches spend less time on routine work. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, and password (or social sign-in identifiers via Google or Apple).
- Profile & health data: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, fitness goals, body metrics, and any health conditions or injuries you choose to share with your coach. This is sensitive personal data and is treated with additional care.
- Coaching content: meal logs, workout logs, plans, messages, images, and voice notes exchanged between coaches and clients.
Information collected automatically
- Device information, app usage, and diagnostic/crash data used to operate and improve the Service.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paymob. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. Card and payment data are handled directly by Paymob in accordance with their privacy and security standards and applicable card-network rules.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To deliver core coaching features: plan creation, AI food/calorie estimation, compliance tracking, and messaging.
- To process subscriptions and payments through Paymob.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
- With your coach or clients: coaching data is shared between a client and their connected trainer to deliver the Service.
- Service providers: infrastructure, hosting, and payment processing (e.g., Paymob, cloud hosting) strictly to operate the Service.
- Legal: where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive personal and health data at rest, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Certain records (including transaction records) may be retained for a minimum period to comply with legal, tax, and auditing requirements.
6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is available to users aged 6 and older. For users under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), a parent or legal guardian must consent to the use of the Service and is responsible for the account and the data shared through it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 6; if we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Governing Law & Contact
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
