Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and coaching packages purchased through Mudabbir, operated by Mudabbir.
1. Subscriptions & Packages
Mudabbir offers coach subscriptions and client coaching packages. All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) before purchase, and payments are processed securely via Paymob.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
- You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge if the Service has not been substantially used during that period.
- Once coaching services have been delivered or substantially consumed for a billing period, that period is generally non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase, in accordance with Visa and Mastercard network rules. We do not issue cash refunds.
- Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email mudabbir.help@gmail.com with your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Promotional or discounted purchases may have specific non-refundable terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
