Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mudabbir mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Mudabbir ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mudabbir is a coach-management workspace for fitness and nutrition. It gives personal trainers ("Coaches") one structured place to create meal and exercise plans, track client compliance and progress, and communicate with their clients, while clients log meals and workouts and receive coaching. Mudabbir is also a marketplace that connects clients with Coaches: clients can discover Coaches, view their packages and ratings, and subscribe to coaching. The Service provides AI assistance to Coaches — including AI-assisted food and calorie estimation — to reduce the time spent on routine coaching work and free up time for activities beyond it. AI outputs are approximate and are not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• The Service is available to users aged 6 and older. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Health Disclaimer

Mudabbir provides nutrition, fitness coaching, and management tools for Coaches, and progress tracking for clients. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any nutrition or exercise program. You use plans and AI estimates at your own risk.

Coaches are independent providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mudabbir. The Coach is solely responsible for any medical, health, nutrition, or fitness advice they give to a client, including any plans, recommendations, or guidance delivered through the Service. Mudabbir is not responsible or liable, in any way and to the maximum extent permitted by law, for advice given by a Coach or for any injury, illness, or loss arising from following it.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Coaches and clients may purchase subscriptions or coaching packages. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paymob. We do not store full card details.
• Subscriptions may renew or expire as described at purchase. Access to paid features ends when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful or unlawful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or interfering with the Service's operation.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service. All Mudabbir software, branding, and design remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, nor for the advice, plans, or conduct of any Coach, who acts as an independent provider (see Section 3).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
